Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with D’amour. We take great pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional event (unless defective).

  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number, a brief reason for the return, and photos (if applicable). Once approved, we will share the return address and further instructions.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be credited within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

In case of prepaid orders:

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment source.

In case of COD orders:

  • We will contact you to arrange a bank transfer or digital wallet refund.

6. Exchanges

If you received a defective or wrong item, we are happy to offer a replacement. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange.

All exchange would be delivered in 5-7 business days post approval.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and must be returned as per our policy.
